I am someone who is passionate about the subject of happiness and has a deep interest in understanding what true happiness means. I have struggled with the idea of happiness for a long time and went through a phase of constantly chasing happiness through material possessions and accomplishments, only to find that it was an elusive goal. In my quest for happiness, I have read books, attended talks and studied the works of experts in the field, including Dr. Steve Maraboli and Tal Ben-Shahar. I have learned that happiness is not something that can be achieved but is a state of mind, a choice and a way of living.
